Customer’s information – terms and conditions : temporary addition of an Energy Surcharge

Energy costs are increasing dramatically and materially impact the cost structure of Aubert & Duval. This unforeseeable circumstance makes our products supply conditions more costly and obliges us to adapt our terms and conditions: an additional Energy Surcharge will be introduced, on a temporary basis, corresponding to part of the generated overcosts.

This Energy Surcharge will first be applied to all deliveries from November 15, 2021, onwards, to all customers for whom the GTC are applicable.

This Energy Surcharge values are detailed on aubertduval.com website here – Topic “Energy Surcharge”: they are based on our different product types and reflect the specific cost of energy for each production process.

We will continue to monitor the evolution of energy prices closely and will update monthly the values of the Energy Surcharge, based on the actual market energy prices over the previous 3 months. The detailed values will be regularly updated and published on the website of Aubert & Duval.
