Aubert & Duval is a partner of the 3rd day Metallurgical Innovations for the Defense Industry, which will take place on March 31th, 2020 at the Institute of Higher Studies of National Defense (IHEDN) within l’Ecole Militaire de la Defense, Paris.
This event, specially dedicated to the aeronautics and space industries, will focus on two topics: on the one hand, innovative surface treatments and environmental problems and, on the other hand, advances in the field of metallic materials, including materials with high mechanical properties at elevated temperatures, materials used for ballistic protection, the benefits of digital simulation, additive manufacturing, assembly by friction and expertise in shock physics. It will also be an opportunity to highlight the synergies to develop between metallurgy, the defense industry and the world of innovation and research. Save the date
