A&D pay particular attention to how its workshops are organized in order to ensure optimum flows for customer satisfaction. In particular we have introduced the concept of Lean Manufacturing from the design stage to the development of production capacities. Our team members have been involved in this improvement approach as part of the Leaders Project.
