1907 – Founding of Aubert & Duval 

1926 – Creation of the Les Ancizes metallurgic plant

1957 – First vacuum furnace for superalloy production in Europe
1967 – First casting of alloys for the Concorde engine discs

1975 – First powder atomisation tower at Imphy

1977 – Inauguration of the 65 kt press at Interforge
1999 – Integration of Aubert & Duval into the Eramet Group
2007 – Inauguration of the 40 kt in Pamiers with an automated production line and a circular rolling mill

2011 – Creation of UKAD, a joint venture between Kazakh UKTMP and Aubert & Duval, for the titanium supply chain

2012 – Installation of a high-capacity VIM furnace (IV30)
2013 – Association with Aequs Ltd in the SQuAD joint venture
2016 – Creation of EcoTitanium, a joint venture among UKAD, the ADEME, and Crédit Agricole Centre France 

2016 – ADEI creation

2018 – Inauguration of the GALAAD atomisation tower

2022 – Aubert & Duval becomes sole shareholder of UKAD

2023 – Aubert & Duval is acquired by Airbus, Safran, and Tikehau Capital  

2023 – Inauguration of the A&D Spain powder plant
2024 – Acquisition of a new forging press in Pamiers
