Since April 2023, Aubert & Duval has been equitably owned by a consortium consisting of Safran, Airbus, and Tikehau Capital. The French government, keen on safeguarding its strategic interests, holds a special share in the corporation.

All these shareholders have the ambition of ‘making Aubert & Duval the European metallurgist of reference for the aerospace, space, defence, and energy sectors.’​
